Satisfaction Guarantee

For all of our Speed Dating events we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with the way our event was conducted or if you did not select anyone as a match, we will allow you to attend an additional event at no cost to you. Simply email WeCare@SpeedDateUSA.com to receive your event credit.

Please note that even if a correspondence says there are a specific number of people attending the event, our guest list is liable to constantly fluctuate due to individual guests and their potential last minute inability to show up. We "guarantee" a minimum of 8 and strive to meet that number. If there are less than 8 guests at an event, you are eligble for a free event credit.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of the event in order for event credits to be issued.
